Joel Kronander

Joel Kronander is a seasoned professional in machine learning and computer vision, currently serving as Principal TLM at Aurora since September 2022. Previously, Joel held the position of Head of Synthetic Data at Scale AI for a brief period in early 2022 and led the Machine Learning team at Nines from September 2018 to January 2022, where significant advancements in AI tools for healthcare were achieved, including the development of multiple FDA-cleared medical devices. Joel's earlier experience includes roles at Apple in the 3D Vision team for Apple Maps and co-founding Ray Space AB, focusing on high-end imaging technology.
