Jose Torres

Jose Torres is a seasoned professional in truck operations with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various driving and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Senior Truck Operations Instructor at Aurora since June 2021, Torres has also held positions as an Autonomous Truck Operations Specialist and Truck Operations Instructor. Prior to Aurora, Torres worked as a Regional Truck Driver at Cheeseman Transport and ECM Transport, where responsibilities included the safe transport of general and hazardous freight across multiple states. Additional experience includes line haul driving, fleet trailer maintenance, and truck driving for General Wholesale Company. Torres holds a CDL degree from Orange Technical College and has demonstrated expertise in logistics, safety compliance, and vehicle maintenance throughout the career.
