Justin Waters

Justin Waters is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently, as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Aurora since January 2021, Justin focuses on TLM, having previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer in the same area. Prior experience includes significant roles at Uber, where Justin served as Senior Software Engineer II and Tech Lead Manager, as well as a tenure at TimeSys Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed directing engineering efforts and managing embedded development projects. Additionally, Justin founded and operated Milkman Brewing Company from 2010 to 2015 and began a career at Pittsburgh Digital implementing digital audio algorithms. Research experience includes optimizing RFID reader algorithms at Case Western Reserve University. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
