Lance Underwood

Lance Underwood has held various operations management roles at Schneider from December 2004 to October 2022, including Director of Operations and Intermodal Ramp Operations Manager. Lance then joined Aurora in October 2022 as the Director of Terminal Operations. With experience in leading large teams and driving operational innovation, Lance has a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Arizona State University.
