Matt Steiger

Matt Steiger is a strategic Talent Acquisition leader with nearly two decades of experience in recruitment and operational excellence for high-growth organizations. Currently, Matt serves as the Head of GTM & G&A Recruiting at Aurora, focusing on self-driving technology. Prior to this role, Matt held key positions at notable companies such as Qualtrics and Medallia, where they contributed to significant workforce expansions and successful IPOs. Matt also gained experience in executive recruiting while consulting for various clients, including Vertica Private Equity, and has a background in sales from their early career at Patterson Dental. Matt is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Brigham Young University.
