Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the U.S. and LATAM at AtkinsRéalis and a member of the Board of Directors at Aurora, Shailen has a notable background in transportation technology and innovative finance. They have held leadership roles such as Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Transportation and President and CEO of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. With a focus on reducing the carbon footprint of transportation and a proven ability to navigate crises, Shailen's visionary leadership continues to drive transformative change in the infrastructure sector. They have also completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government Leadership Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
