Shruti Jain is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as a Staff Tech Lead at Aurora since June 2019, focusing on self-driving vehicles and their potential to create a better world. Prior to this role, Shruti held the position of Senior Software Engineering Lead at Microsoft from January 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities included being the Tech Lead and Architect for key features in notable products such as Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, Bing, and MSN. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer role at Sonus Networks in 2010 and participation in Google’s Summer of Code 2009 as a student participant. Shruti holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad, completed in 2010.
