Viktor Lundqvist

Viktor Lundqvist is an experienced software engineer specializing in procedural tools and workflows, currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Aurora since November 2019. Prior to this role, Viktor spent a decade at Sony Pictures Imageworks, advancing from Software Engineer to Lead FX Technical Director, during which responsibilities included the development and maintenance of tools for the FX pipeline. Viktor's early career includes an internship in the software department, where a fluid simulation tool for Houdini was implemented using GPU processing capabilities. Viktor holds a Master’s degree in Media Technology and Engineering from Linköping University and has also studied at RMIT University.
