Amanda Freeman

Amanda Freeman (Chiu) serves as Operations Director for Europe & Asia and Specialty Solutions at Aurorium since January 2022, overseeing strategic direction across multiple sites in Europe, India, and the US. With a robust background in operational leadership, Amanda has held key roles including Site Director at Aurorium, where management focused on improving profitability and overseeing various operational aspects at a COMAH contract manufacturing site. Previous positions include Plant Manager at Schneider Electric and PQ Corporation, and Global Category Engineering Manager at Unilever, where Amanda led initiatives for innovation, capacity expansion, and process improvement across multiple manufacturing sectors. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
