Ben Weinert

Ben Weinert is currently the Head Chef at Aurrum Aged Care, where they focus on fostering a supportive and creative work culture. Previously, Ben served as Head Chef and Sous Chef at Mingara Leisure Group from 2007 to 2013, earning multiple accolades, including being a finalist in the Chefs Table competition. Additionally, Ben held the position of Sous Chef and later Head Chef at Aurrum from 2017 to 2019. Ben's educational background includes a Certificate III and IV in Hospitality from the University of Newcastle and ongoing studies in Food Safety Supervision at TAFE NSW.
