Bernhard Dahm

Bernhard Dahm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process optimization within the manufacturing sector. Since April 2015, Bernhard has served as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence for the Business Line Flat Rolled Products at Aurubis AG. Prior to this role, Bernhard held various positions at KME from January 2008 to March 2015, including Sales and Operations Planner, Logistic Plant Manager, Innovationsmanager, and Leiter Verfahrenstechnik, focusing on material flow improvements, inventory management, and innovation structure development. Bernhard's early career includes a significant role as Project Leader at BFI Betriebsforschungsinstitut, where Bernhard managed research projects for energy efficiency in the steel industry. Additional experience includes project work in renewable energy at GET Gesellschaft für Entwicklungstechnologie mbH. Bernhard earned a Doktor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and a Diplom in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
