Les Bryson is the Director of Hydrometallurgy at Aurubis AG, where they have led hydrometallurgical initiatives since 2018. Previously, they served as the Head of Metallurgy at Anglo Ferrous Brazil from 2010 to 2012 and held the position of Head of Technical Solutions at Anglo American from 2015 to 2018. They have also contributed to the field as Lead Hydrometallurgy and Head of Hydrometallurgy Research. Currently, Les is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand.
