Aurus Legal is a boutique law firm focussed on, Corporate Commercial, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance, Real Estate, Solar Energy, EPC/ Turn-key projects. The firm was established in October 2015 by Djena Sunavala and Bakhtiar Sunavala, each of whom has over 25 years of experience in the legal profession. Djena was previously a partner with Wadia Ghandy & Co. for several years and Bakhtiar was a partner at AZB & Partners before starting I&S Associates in 2007. 

Djena represents corporate houses, real estate developers and high net worth individuals in transactions for the acquisition and sale of projects, land and immovable properties (commercial, office and residential). 

Bakhtiar represents well established corporates and start-ups in transactions of mergers amalgamation, business acquisitions, private equity, franchising, project finance and EPC / turn-key documentation.
