Gavin Aquilina

Gavin Aquilina is a seasoned professional in the health and fitness industry, currently serving as Head of Product and Education at Clean Health since October 2022, and as Head of Athletic Performance for the Northern Suburbs Rugby Football Club since November 2018. With a strong background in strength and conditioning, Gavin has overseen significant achievements, including the lowest soft tissue injury occurrence in club history and notable player selections for prestigious programs. Gavin has held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at REUNION Training and Global Master Trainer at Life Fitness, specializing in program development, trainer education, and franchise operations. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Nutrition from Deakin University and a Bachelor’s in Human Movement from Australian Catholic University.
