Stephen Bourne

Stephen Bourne is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in property analysis and valuation. Currently serving as a Senior Property Analyst at Ausbuild since October 2021, Bourne previously held positions as an Investment Property Analyst and a Development Property Valuer at Herron Todd White from January 2015 to October 2021. Earlier roles include Senior Analyst at CBRE from November 2013 to January 2015 and Commercial Property Valuer at Opteon Property Group from February 2008 to November 2013.
