Samy Allam

Samy Allam has a diverse range of work experience in financial and controlling roles. Samy currently holds the position of Interim CFO at AusDiagnostics since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked in Post Merger Integration at AusDiagnostics starting in November 2022. Before joining AusDiagnostics, Samy was the Manager Group Controlling, M&A and Business Development at R-Biopharm AG from April 2021 onwards. Samy also served as the Head of Controlling at LY Holding GmbH from January 2019 to April 2021, and as a Financial Controller at LY Holding GmbH from January 2017 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, Samy gained experience as a Group Controller at ALD Vacuum Technologies GmbH from October 2015 to December 2016, and as a Subsidiary Controlling Manager at Vacuumschmelze GmbH & co. KG from November 2008 to September 2015. Samy started their career as a Manager Financial Planning and cost estimation at ArvinMeritor from June 2001 to October 2008.

Samy Allam obtained their Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in International Finance and Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Samy pursued an Auslandsstudium in Finance and Law at NHL Hogeschool between 1997 and 1998.
