Gary McLaughlin

Gary McLaughlin is a seasoned Senior Piping Designer currently working on the Rio Tinto project at Calibre Engineering. With over 25 years of experience in the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry, Gary has also contributed to various sectors, including materials handling, wastewater treatment, petrochemical, and pharmaceuticals, across the UK, Europe, Canada, Far East, and Australia. They have held key positions at several companies, including Jacobs and Ausenco, where they are involved in significant projects such as the WAI0 Project in South Flank, Pilbara, and a copper mine plant in Kazakhstan. In addition to their extensive professional background, Gary is pursuing ONC Mechanical Engineering at Loglands College and has completed HNC studies at Teesside University.
