Jami Powers

Jami Powers is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People & Performance at Ausenco since October 2022, Jami previously held multiple roles at Hemmera, including Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist, since November 2012. Prior experience includes a contract position as HR Advisor for Occupational Health & Safety at the District of West Vancouver from September 2011 to November 2012, and HR Generalist at Rescan Environmental Services Ltd from June 2002 to June 2011. Jami began a career in administration as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at All Things Energy from June 1997 until June 2002. Jami holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation valid until June 2024 and studied at the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2010, along with attending Capilano University.
