Luis Rojas

Luis Rojas is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a robust background in engineering roles across multiple industries, particularly in mining and manufacturing. Since April 2017, Rojas has been with Ausenco as an Experienced Mechanical Engineer, contributing to the "Marmato" project by developing engineering documentation and selecting key mechanical equipment. Prior experience includes positions at COSAPI as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, overseeing mechanical disciplines for projects with Southern Perú, and at Bechtel Corporation as a Mechanical Field Engineer, where Rojas supervised significant construction processes for the “Las Bambas” project. Rojas has also worked as an Engineering Manager at EPCM Experts and has held various engineering roles in companies such as O-I, Alicorp SAA, and Procter & Gamble. Rojas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and completed a Diplomature at Colorado School of Mines in 2013.
