Mark H. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery management across North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager at Ausenco since June 2018, Mark has previously held the position of IT Service Delivery Lead for North America within the same company. Prior to Ausenco, Mark worked at Amec Foster Wheeler as the Area IT Operations Lead from July 2006 to May 2018 and began the career in IT as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Placer Dome from 2003 to 2005.
