Michaela Egan is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Ausenco since December 2019, having initially started as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer. Michaela has also served as the Chief Returning Officer for QUT GEMS in 2024 and was elected as the Secretary for QUT GEMS in 2023, an organization dedicated to promoting gender diversity and equity in engineering. Additionally, Michaela worked as a HiQ Peer Concierge at Queensland University of Technology from July 2022 to February 2024 and has extensive experience in leadership as a Crew Coach at McDonald's from November 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included guiding colleagues in customer service and quality standards. Michaela is set to complete a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Queensland University of Technology in November 2023, having begun studies in 2020.
