Tom Hedge

Tom Hedge is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Program and General Management, specializing in Test and Evaluation (T&E), Modeling and Simulation (M&S), and Systems Engineering. They have held key roles, including Lead Integration Engineer at NAVSEA Training Systems Directorate and General Manager of the Pacific Division at Novonics Corporation, driving significant growth and strategic direction. Tom holds an MS in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, an MBA in International Business from San Diego State University, and a BS in Engineering with a focus on Applied Mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Now retired, they travel America by boat and RV, having completed America's Great Loop and exploring new waters.
