April Tan-Plummer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR systems management and consulting. Currently serving as Senior HR Systems Manager at Ausgrid, April has successfully overhauled training operations and developed an innovative compliance tool that enhances data visualization. Prior experience includes serving as a SuccessFactors Consultant at Pinpoint HRM, where April led a governance transformation for Learning Management System processes. As a Functional Analyst and Senior Learning Consultant at Transport for NSW, April played a key role in shared services, significantly improving operational efficiency.
