Fatima Bazzi has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Fatima started their career at EnergyAustralia, where they worked as a Contact Centre Process & Training Specialist and later as a Training and Development Specialist. Fatima then moved on to Ausgrid, where they held several leadership roles. Fatima served as the Head of Customer Connections, responsible for connecting customers to the Ausgrid network. Fatima also held the position of Head of Portfolio Planning & Insights (Asset Management), overseeing a $2B Capital and Maintenance portfolio. Additionally, Fatima served as the Head of Transformation, leading Ausgrid's enterprise transformation strategy. Fatima also worked as a Transformation Strategy and Program Director and as a Network Business Process Manager - Asset Management at Ausgrid. Currently, they are a Board Member at The Australian Power Institute, focusing on supporting the development of future professionals in the power industry.

Fatima Bazzi attended the Melbourne Business School from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued an Executive MBA - Master of Business Administration. Before that, in 2012, they completed a Master of Organisational Design at the University of Technology Sydney. Earlier, in 2011, Fatima obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW.
