James R.

James R. has extensive experience in project management and engineering, primarily with Ausgrid since March 2010. In the role of Project Manager, James oversees large, complex projects and contracts, while also managing major electrical infrastructure projects from development through commissioning as a Commissioning Project Manager. As a Project Engineer, James successfully delivered $30M in capital works focused on environmental compliance, ensuring safe management of construction in high-risk areas. Serving as a Portfolio Manager, James managed a team of 13 and oversaw capital and civil works, including substation maintenance and security initiatives. Additionally, James began a career at EnergyAustralia as a cadet engineer. Academically, James holds an MBA from Macquarie Business School, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from UNSW, a Certificate IV in WHS, and a Diploma in Project Management.
