Louise Benjamin

Louise Benjamin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and legal sectors. Currently serving as an independent member of the Transgrid Advisory Council since March 2024, Louise also participates in multiple committees at Ausgrid, including the Customer Consultative Committee, Network Innovation Advisory Committee, Pricing Working Group, and the Reset Customer Panel, which focuses on long-term consumer perspectives during the regulatory reset. Louise has held various advisory roles, including at Evoenergy's Energy Regulatory Advisory Panel and as a Strategy Advisor at Energy Consumers Australia. Louise's legal expertise was honed during a thirteen-year tenure at Allens Arthur Robinson, where recognition as one of the youngest female partners was achieved. As a lecturer at the College of Law NSW since December 2014, Louise shares knowledge in Practical Legal Training.
