Matt Grant possesses extensive management and leadership experience, primarily as a Field Manager at Ausgrid since 2010, overseeing safety-focused teams responsible for the reliable distribution of electrical networks. With a strong track record in program management, performance monitoring, and emergency response coordination, Matt drives efficiency and adheres to safety standards across various roles within the organization. As Chairman of the Board and a member of the Board of Directors at The Skill Engineer, Matt is committed to enhancing vocational educational opportunities for marginalized youth in Australia. Additionally, as Team Manager at Brooklyn Marina, Matt manages operations and staff related to watercraft on the Hawkesbury River. Matt holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from TAFE NSW and has further education from AGSM at UNSW Business School.
