Michael Head

Michael Head has extensive experience at Ausgrid since January 1994, currently serving as Training Delivery Manager and previously holding roles such as Snr Implementation Project Manager for critical controls, Project Lead for Live Work safety initiatives, and Initiative Lead for Leadership Development within the Transformation Office. Michael has managed teams across various operational domains, including maintenance, design, and engineering, overseeing critical projects such as the transition of a zone substation from 5kV to 11kV. Michael's educational background includes a Diploma in Project Management from the University of New England, a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and various professional development courses focused on leadership and negotiation. Additionally, work experience as a PADI Divemaster at Prodive Cronulla adds a unique aspect to Michael's diverse skill set.
