Ray Guan

Ray Guan is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as Analytics Lead at Ausgrid since November 2022. Previously, Ray held positions at Commonwealth Bank, including Manager of Analytics and Insights in Business Banking and Senior Associate for Risk Analytics and Reporting. Prior roles included Business Markets Optimisation Analyst at AGL Energy and Senior Analyst for Demand Forecasting and Insights at Origin Energy. Ray's career began as an Energy Trading Analyst at Ausgrid and has included various analytical positions across multiple organizations in the energy sector. Ray holds a Master’s degree in Energy Planning and Policy from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from UNSW, a Diploma in Financial Markets from The Australian Financial Market Association, and a Bachelor’s in Optical Information Science and Technology from Sun Yat-sen University.
