Thomas Craven

Thomas Craven is currently serving as Senior Battery Development Manager at Ausgrid, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Craven worked at PLUS ES from December 2017 to November 2023 in various managerial roles, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects, particularly in small cell deployment. Craven's responsibilities included managing project delivery, improving design and approvals processes, collaborating with engineering teams, and establishing partnerships with equipment vendors and carriers. Earlier in the career at Ausgrid, Craven held multiple managerial and engineering roles, overseeing demand management projects and complex construction works in both greenfield and brownfield environments. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical (Hons.) from UNSW and a Diploma of Project Management from the University of New England.
