Tom Clark

Tom Clark is a seasoned professional in regulatory advisory and project management, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Advisor at Ausgrid since June 2025. Previously, Tom held management and senior consultant roles at Baringa from May 2021 to May 2025 and managed program delivery at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment for a brief period in 2020. Tom's extensive experience at the same department from 2015 to 2019 included various roles focused on energy infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives. Earlier in Tom's career, experience as a Graduate at the Industry, Innovation, Hospitality and the Arts division of NSW Trade & Investment provided a foundational understanding of the sector. Tom holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from the University of Sydney.
