They have extensive experience in the mining industry, holding various roles including Senior Specialist at ASIC and Chief Geologist at Consolidated Minerals. Ivy has also contributed as a director for multiple organizations, including the Football Futures Foundation and Football West, and has been recognized as one of the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in 2020.
