Jon Max Spatz is a seasoned creative leader currently serving as the Head of Film at Auspicious Group in the UK. With extensive experience spanning scripted drama, commercials, corporate video, and branded content, Spatz demonstrates a passionate commitment to utilizing film as a catalyst for social change. Previously, they worked as the Founder and Creative Director at Signature Pictures, where they financed and produced numerous award-winning fiction films and developed training programs to support unemployed individuals. Spatz has also held positions as Executive Producer, Writer/Director, and Senior Producer across various companies, shaping compelling narratives that combine commercial objectives with impactful storytelling. They earned a BA (Hons) in Film and Literature from the University of Warwick.
