Michael Pilbeam has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance, having worked in various roles within the industry since 1982. They have served as a Maintenance Manager at Tyson Foods, overseeing a diverse team and ensuring compliance with safety standards while managing budgets. Previously, they were a Project Manager for investment property improvements and held positions such as State Maintenance Manager at One Steel Recycling and Maintenance Supervisor at Mylan. Michael holds a Diploma of Education in Engineering from TAFE Queensland and a Fitter and Turner Trade qualification from the same institution.
