Vaughan Fowler has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Vaughan started their career at AMP in 1987, where they worked in the Accounting Division until 2001. In 1992, they joined GE Capital as the General Manager of Distribution and remained in that role until 2004. Vaughan then moved on to GE Commercial Finance, where they served as the General Manager of NSW from 2004 to 2006. Fowler briefly worked at GE Money (Wizard) in 2006 as the Master Black Belt/Sale Force Effectiveness Leader. Finally, since 2006, they have been associated with Aussie, first as the National Head of Retail until 2016, and currently as the Franchise Principal - Aussie Cronulla.

Vaughan Fowler completed their MBA in Management from the University of Technology Sydney from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their BComm in Economics from the University of Wollongong between 1984 and 1988. Furthermore, no information is available regarding their education at Gymea High School.
