Established in June 2010 our primary goal was the honest reporting of snow conditions. This was a hit.

In June 2012 we expanded this by incorporating the Instagram phenomenon to allow our readers to submit their own photos of their ski day with the #aussieskier hashtag. This was a massive hit.

We also partnered with the top ski brands in Australia & reviewed dozens of models of skis & other ski products. This was such a big hit that we decided to open a store

It is our stated aim to provide the best online shopping experience of ski & snow-related gear in Australia. We will be using best-of-breed technologies to power this presence & back it up with customer service that is beyond reproach. Our beginning is modest and sustainable, but the site will be continuously evaluated & the upgrades will be frequent. We have the significant advantage of internal development skills which means less cost to be passed on to the consumer.

But online isn’t for everyone, so we also have a physical store. You can come down, check out items in person, try on your size, chat with us & share our experience. We won’t bullshit you & we won’t let you leave with a product we don’t feel is the very best for your needs. If you’ve seen something cheaper elsewhere you can show us on our in-store computers & we can work out a deal that’s fair for both of us.
