Vinay Lad

Vinay Lad is currently the Vice President of Finance at Austability, a position held since 2025. With a varied background in finance, they have previously served as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Towergate Insurance and at Gallagher, and as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at CMC Markets. Vinay has also held key roles at General Dynamics, Lloyds Banking Group, and Williams Lea, among others. They earned a first-class BA degree from Birmingham City University and are also a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). In addition to their professional work, Vinay has been a Board Trustee at Titan St Georges Academy since 2023.
