Tom Lyon is the Director of Submarine Programs at Austal USA in Mobile, AL, where they manage and oversee the fabrication and outfitting of submarine modules. With extensive experience as a Program, Quality, and Engineering Manager, Tom previously held various roles at Electric Boat from 1989 to 2016, including Systems Engineer, Area Team Leader, and Design Program Manager. Tom earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
