Jonatan Mild

Jonatan Mild has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Jonatan started their career as a PHP developer at Ecos Business Solutions in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Jonatan then joined Acriter S.A. as a .NET developer from 2012 to 2013. After that, they worked as a freelance developer from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Jonatan joined Avature as a front-end developer. Jonatan then moved to Glamit in 2017, where they worked as a back-end developer and later became the team lead manager, leading a team of 11 people and responsible for hiring, onboarding, personnel management, and task planning.

Jonatan joined Tiendanube in 2019 as a software development manager. In this role, they were involved in technical recruitment, improvement of recruitment processes, onboarding, training, reviewing code, creating technical designs, and developing and deploying projects in PHP and Java.

In 2020, Jonatan joined SOUTHWORKS as a software engineering lead, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are working as a senior software engineer at Austin Software, focusing on a remote pharmacy fulfillment product.

Jonatan Mild's education history includes the following:

- Jonatan attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2010 onwards, studying system engineering.

- In 2019, they participated in a People Skills Training - Leadership program at TREO Laboratorio de Proyectos.

- In 2014, they attended Escuela de arte multimedial Da Vinci, focusing on web and mobile design and layout.

- From 2003 to 2009, they studied at Escuela técnica ORT, earning a Technical Baccalaureate with a specialization in informatics and digital communication media.

- In 2019, they also completed two short programs at TREO Laboratorio de Proyectos: Time Management and Negotiation - Business Skills.
