Jayaraj Nair

Jayaraj Nair is a seasoned finance professional with over four decades of experience in roles ranging from Chief Executive to Chief Financial Officer in various sectors, including manufacturing and IT. Currently, as a Principal Consultant at JNConsult since 2013, they advise SMEs and family businesses on corporate strategies and financial management while also serving as the Financial Controller for AustinGIS, a Texas-based technology startup. Prior to this, Jayaraj held significant financial leadership positions, including CFO at AGNICE Fire Protection Ltd and Area Manager of Finance & Accounts at JetAir Ltd. Jayaraj is an alumnus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they earned their ACA in Audit and Accounting.
