Tu Bui

Tu Bui is an experienced Plant Manager currently at Austral Bricks since August 2021. Prior to this role, Bui served as a BHP BOS Deployment Coach at BHP for a brief period in 2021. Between October 2015 and May 2020, Bui held the position of Operations Manager at Adelaide Brighton Cement Limited, leading strategic initiatives that resulted in substantial cost reductions and enhanced operational efficiency. Previous roles include Manufacturing Manager and various managerial positions spanning over 15 years at O-I, where Bui implemented critical manufacturing programs and successfully managed production operations. Bui’s early career included a position as a Graduate Engineer at SA Water after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
