Andy Bee

Andy Bee is a seasoned procurement and change management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Australian Unity since November 2014, Andy is integral to the Group Finance & Strategy team, focusing on building trusted partnerships with business units. Previously, Andy held the position of Change & Training Manager at National Australia Bank, overseeing the development and implementation of strategies for a large-scale service management integration program. Other notable roles include Strategic Training Consultant at Talent2 Learning, Training Manager for ERP implementation at VicRoads, and Quality Systems Manager at John Holland Group. Andy's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business and Technology from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from RMIT University.
