Kellie Crouch

Kellie Crouch serves as the Head of People & Culture for Retail, Wealth & Capital Markets, and Enabling Functions at Australian Unity since June 2015. In this role, Kellie supports the management team of the Real Estate Investment business in achieving strategic and commercial objectives, while also managing interactions across the Wealth & Capital Markets platform. Previous positions at Australian Unity include Executive Manager for the Life & Super business and Strategic HR Business Partner. Prior to joining Australian Unity, Kellie held various roles at NAB and KPMG, including OD Manager at NAB and Senior Manager for multiple divisions at KPMG. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in HR/IR from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from the University of Ballarat.
