Letitia Kavanagh has extensive experience in employee safety and injury management within the Australian corporate sector. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Safety and Injury Management at Australian Unity since May 2019, Letitia has also held the role of Employee Care and Claims Practice Lead. Prior to this, Letitia worked at Spotless Group from February 2016 to February 2019 as the Head of Injury Management and Workers Compensation. Letitia holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
