Simon Beake

Simon Beake is an accomplished executive leader and fund manager with extensive experience in property funds management, spanning both listed and unlisted sectors. They have a proven track record of driving significant growth and returns, exemplified by managing the Australian Unity Office Fund, where they increased the fund's value from approximately $400 million to $700 million. Their expertise encompasses financial modelling and strategic planning, having successfully navigated various financial challenges, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Simon has also contributed to the financial and strategic success of multiple investments through advisory roles, expert financial analysis, and negotiations in diverse settings. Currently, they are pursuing a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance at Lancaster University, alongside additional studies at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Macquarie University.
