Simon Beake is an accomplished executive leader and fund manager with extensive experience in property funds management, spanning both listed and unlisted sectors. They have a proven track record of driving significant growth and returns, exemplified by managing the Australian Unity Office Fund, where they increased the fund's value from approximately $400 million to $700 million. Their expertise encompasses financial modelling and strategic planning, having successfully navigated various financial challenges, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
