Stephen Chen

Stephen Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business systems and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Systems Delivery at Australian Unity since May 2019, Stephen has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Acting General Manager Business Systems and Head of Business System Transformation. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Project Manager at JAPARA HEALTHCARE LIMITED and as a Business Project Manager at Royal Freemasons LTD. Stephen's career also includes positions at Nextt Group and Southern Cross Care (Vic), where responsibilities ranged from ICT Project Manager to Application Support Analyst. With a Master of Business and IT from the University of Melbourne, Stephen combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive successful project outcomes.
