Michael Peham serves as the Vice President of the Technical Commission at ICDLI International Committee of the Decorative Laminates Industry aisbl since April 2023. Michael's extensive experience includes roles as Convenor and Expert in the standardization committee CEN TC 249 WG 4 High Pressure Decorative Laminate (HPL) since June 2007, and various positions at Fundermax GmbH, including Product and Certification Expert, Head of Product and Innovation Team, and interim Head of Quality Management Laminates, from January 2002 to the present. Additional contributions include serving on the board of the Österreichischer Fachverband für hinterlüftete Fassaden since March 2017 and involvement as an expert at Austrian Standards since February 2013. Michael's earlier experience includes development roles in decorative laminates and powder coatings, military scientific expertise for the Austrian Armed Forces, and work as a research assistant at the Technical University of Vienna. Michael holds a Dipl.-Ing. and a Dr. techn. in Technische Chemie from the Technical University of Vienna.
