Karin Tausz

Karin Tausz has extensive experience in sustainable regional and urban development and the transport sector, spanning from academic research to industry practices. They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager at Regional Management Central Lower Austria and Leitung Unternehmensentwicklung at ÖBB Infrastruktur AG. Currently, Karin serves as Geschäftsführerin at FFG Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mbH and oversees multiple organizations, including Austro Control and AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. Karin is dedicated to innovation and the integration of new technologies, with a strong belief in collaborative efforts to drive societal and economic progress. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
