Silvan Fuhrer has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Silvan began as an intern at Rittmeyer AG, where they developed a simulation tool to test and optimize turbine control systems. In 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich, assisting in the Biomechanics I course by conducting exercise sessions and providing office hours. In 2018, they were a Research and Development Engineer at HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil. Most recently, since March 2019, they have been working at Auterion as a Flight Control Engineer.

From 2007 to 2011, Silvan attended Kantonsschule Limmattal, where they obtained their Matura with a focus on Physics and Applied Mathematics.

In 2012, Silvan began their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich and completed it in 2015.

Silvan then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich from 2016 to 2018.

In 2017, Silvan also briefly attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, although they did not receive a degree in this field.
