Logan Bay is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in streamlining hiring processes, payroll management, and financial visibility across various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Authentic since November 2022, Logan has previously held similar roles at Mainstream Media, LLC, and Marz Community Brewing Co., where significant improvements in profitability and operational efficiency were achieved. Logan also brings a creative perspective from a lengthy career as an artist and illustrator, alongside roles in academia and media management, emphasizing equitable content curation. Logan holds an MFA in Design and Applied Arts from Rangsit University and a BFA in Art Therapy from Millikin University.
